would lose a step after her ACL injury a season ago, those doubts have been quickly answered. Misener is back and playing her best lacrosse in 2026, and on Tuesday night, she proved once again why she will likely be playing at the Division I level after high school.
Offensively, Misener was perfect, five goals on five shots, and she had her way with the Penncrest defense. But it was Misener’s dominance in the draw circle that was truly head-turning. Conestoga won 16 of 23 draw controls, and it was Misener who led the way with 11 of those, simply outmatching every opponent she faced in the circle.
Misener is a player that opposing teams have to gameplan for. She affects play on every part of the field and can take over a game single-handedly. Her move set is rapidly evolving, and it was on display on more than one occasion on Tuesday night. She fights through contact well, and her height allows her to get tough shots off even with a defender in her face.

Misener can’t wait to get back on the field. After tearing her ACL in one of the final regular-season games of 2025 – an injury that forced her to miss the entire summer club season – Misener returns to a Conestoga team that desperately missed her offensive production late down the stretch. A 2025 Best in Class invite, her role is simple – or rather, she has made it simple: win the draw and score goals. Misener has been a foundational piece of Conestoga’s offense since arriving on the varsity scene. Even in her shortened 2025 season, she tallied 69 draw controls, most on the team, despite missing the final few regular-season games and the entire postseason.
Misener has excellent footwork, which she uses to her advantage to dodge and get past opposing defenders. She is certainly a name to watch entering this season, and with her ACL now fully recovered, she is expected to have a breakout junior year for a Conestoga team that looks to return to state championship status.
