Julia Cowgill Julia Cowgill Julia Cowgill 5'4" | Midfield/Draw Specialist | Right Hand Conestoga | 2028 PA has a strong base and absorbs contact on her way to the cage. She’s been a starter on this team since her freshman season, and it is easy to see why. A scoring threat with the ball on her stick or off, she is a strong finisher who can do so in a variety of crafty ways, all while taking contact. Cowgill is a high-motor player who gets it done inside when her number is called. She is yet another Conestoga underclassman who looks to have a bright future ahead.

Nobody was more impactful than Julia Cowgill Julia Cowgill Julia Cowgill 5'4" | Midfield/Draw Specialist | Right Hand Conestoga | 2028 PA on Thursday night. Cowgill was EVERYWHERE, and her play on the defensive end looked closer to that of a Division I college player than a high school sophomore. She plays an intimidating and physical brand of defense, and an explosive first step allows her to beat out opponents for ground balls. On Thursday night, Cowgill was a defensive menace, forcing a pair of turnovers, recovering two ground balls, and holding her own in the draw circle alongside Lucia Misener Lucia Misener Lucia Misener 5'10" | Attack/Draw Specialist | Right Hand Conestoga | 2027 PA .
