Her speed is elite, allowing her to recover quickly, shut down matchups, and create chaos all over the field. Madson’s 1v1 defense stood out immediately, along with her aggressive stick checks that consistently disrupted offensive possessions. While her offensive ability is impressive in transition, it was her lockdown defense and relentless energy that truly separated her in this game.

The first thing you notice about Madson is her incredible speed. She drives defensive coaches crazy by beating her defender, willing herself to the cage, or taking advantage with a one-on-one matchup behind the net. The Ohio State Buckeye commit will bring a lot of energy with her incredible ability to ride and take the ball back and work on a tired defense.
