Throughout the Committed Games, these goalies came up with momentum-changing saves and shut down some of the best offensive players in the country. She came up with save after save against some of the top offensive players in attendance, refusing to give shooters anything easy. Her patience in the cage is outstanding, allowing her to stay under control while reacting with incredible quickness. She isn't afraid to put her body on the line to keep the ball out of the net, making highlight-reel saves that completely change the momentum of a game. Her save percentage speaks for itself, but it's her ability to perform on the biggest stage that separates her. She never seems rushed, even in the biggest moments, staying calm while making shooters hesitate because of how well she moves and challenges every angle. She puts her body on the line without hesitation and consistently comes up with saves that look like sure goals.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Dalsemer is extremely active outside the crease, intercepting passes and helping her team beyond simply stopping shots. Her clears have range and accuracy, immediately creating transition opportunities, and her patience is remarkable because multiple fakes never seem to move her out of position. High shots, low shots, point-blank attempts, it doesn't matter. During Northwestern's matchup with UNC at the Committed Games, Albers was the reason her team stayed in the game, turning away some of the top offensive recruits with save after save that few goalies would have made.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Albers tracks powerful outside shots extremely well and refuses to let low shots sneak past her. Several shocking off stick and hip saves completely shifted momentum and showcased just how smart she is in the cage. Her clearing ability is equally impressive, consistently delivering long, accurate outlets that immediately put her team in transition. Time after time, she came up with clutch saves against powerful shooters, refusing to let easy goals find the back of the net. Her patience inside the cage is one of her biggest strengths, staying perfectly positioned while reading shooters and tracking 8-meter opportunities with confidence.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ryan reacts incredibly fast and attacks the ball with aggressive hands, punching shots away before they have a chance to beat her. Close-range finishes and quick dip-and-dunk attempts rarely fooled her because she stayed composed and ready for every shot. She's also a lefty, something that immediately caught my attention, which forces shooters to adjust. She kept her team in the game with save after save, showing incredible athleticism, fast reflexes, and one of the quickest reaction times in attendance. Whether the shot was high, low, or coming from point-blank range, Salmon was always ready.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Low shots are her specialty, but there truly wasn't a safe place to shoot against her. She has the ability to make one unbelievable save and immediately recover for another before anyone expects it. Salmon also clears confidently with both hands... which is very rare, something many goalies don't possess. Her athleticism, high lacrosse IQ, and consistency make her one of the most complete goalies in this class.
