I was shocked on Saturday to see that Tiergan Rowe remains uncommitted. The lefty goalie originally from California had an impressive day at “The Nook,” making big-time stop after big-time stop. Rowe is technical and fundamentally sound, reading the ball before it gets to her. Super economical in the cage, staying squared on shooters and eliminating angles. She can thread the needle with her clearing pass. Sharp and never out of position. One of the most vocal players I heard at Saturday’s event, she was another individual quick to hype her teammates up after a great play. Her dedication to even be at Saturday’s event cannot be overstated. She makes teams better on and off the field.

Tiergan Rowe out of Garrison Forest School (Md.) was a Top 2 uncommitted 2028 goalie at the PGL Elite Camp. Rowe is a lefty who makes great cross-body, opposite-stick-side saves. On the doorstep, she will stuff players. She was phenomenal in goal against players we will be talking about for decades. Rowe needs to be picked up by a college program.

Rowe is a left-handed goalie with quick reactions and strong hand-eye coordination who makes shooters work for their finishes. She tracks high shots well and is particularly tough to beat when shooters go high to high. After a save, she gets the ball out quickly to help her team start the clear before the opposing ride gets organized. Rowe is also willing to leave the crease and hustle for loose balls, giving her team another way to regain possession. She takes pride in resetting after goals, communicating with her defense, and staying calm when plays break down. Her ability to make stops and immediately get possession moving makes her a goalie worth watching.
