Rodgers is a really smart off-ball player. She has nicely timed cuts, and she cuts with a purpose. The Agnes Irwin product has a quick change of speed and direction. She has a good approach to her dodges, which is useful at the next level when creating slides. With as explosive a dodger as Rodgers is, slides need to come, or she will unleash a nice on-the-run shot. She can dodge and shoot with both hands. At the next level, Rodgers can be used running out of the box in the midfield with how quickly she can get downhill. She is a fast dodger who can weave through a defense and attack all over the field. Rodgers has the potential to be a good college player with the right development.
