Nash’s ability to turn a defensive possession into a productive clear separates her. She combines speed with strong stick control to carry the ball through pressure. She protects her stick well with either hand and can use a one-handed cradle to move past defenders while keeping possession secure, which really made her stand out to me. Just as valuable is her awareness of the next pass, helping her keep transition moving without forcing the play. On defense, Nash picks off passes, checks the ball free, and competes hard to secure ground balls. Her defensive instincts and confidence with the ball make her a versatile prospect who can contribute well beyond her own end of the field.
