College coaches, snag her up. PGL National Watchlist player, Liz Vitale Liz Vitale 5'7" | Attack/Midfield | Right Hand Locust Valleys | 2028 NY is legit. Although listed as a midfielder, she is just as comfortable working from X or finding space inside the 8-meter. She protects her stick through contact, dodges with either hand, and can finish in tight or pick out a high corner from farther out. Vitale also knows when to push the pace off the draw and when to move the ball before pressure arrives. Add in her vision as a feeder and her effort on the ride, and she brings plenty of ways to make an impact.

Vitale has been a varsity starter since seventh grade in New York, and her experience shows in the way she sees and understands the field. Coming off a sophomore season with more than 50 goals and 30 assists, she has proven she can be both a scorer and facilitator at a high level. Vitale is listed as a midfielder but is extremely comfortable working lower on the offensive end, particularly around “X” and inside the 8-meter. She is a shifty dodger with strong stick protection, creativity behind the cage, and the ability to operate effectively with either hand. She can finish in tight, shoot from distance, and consistently place shots into difficult areas, especially the high corners. Her IQ is also evident on the draw circle, where she quickly recognizes whether to accelerate out herself or move the ball before pressure arrives. Vitale sees offensive movement developing early, finds teammates well, and puts significant effort into the ride. Her versatility and vision give her the tools to become an especially dangerous offensive midfielder at the next level.

Liz Vitale is a do-it-all attacker who flips the script of games with her relentless effort on the ride. She puts immediate pressure on the goalie after a save and has the height and reach to hover at the crease, keeping her stick up in the passing lanes. She suffocates goalies for space and regularly forces bad decisions that led to turnovers on the clear. In one instance, she checked a goalie lurching out of the crease, poked the ball free, came up with it, and hit an open teammate for the easy finish. Offensively, she is an elite dodger whose shiftiness creates opportunities as both a scorer and facilitator. She has a laser-quick release and regularly uses the hesitation move to send goalies the wrong way before laying it in for the easy goal. She will have no trouble adjusting to the collegiate game early.
