On the first play of the 4v4s, Isabella Hamo pulled out a between-the-legs shot identical to Connor Fields’s from the PLL in 2024. Hamo has already made that shot in a game back in February during her high school season. Coaches immediately looked at their rosters.

That’s the electrifying Isabella Hamo from Kansas committed to Princeton. One of the most entertaining players to watch at the PGL Elite Camp. It’s hard to find anyone who shoots like her. The power behind her shot is different. You could argue she has the best shot from deep in the Class of 2027. She has a Steph Curry or Klay Thompson feel to her game. Her accuracy & swagger give me goosebumps. Hamo is a player we are going to talk about years from now. Younger players are going to want to play & shoot like her.

Hamo is a true competitor. When she dodges, defenders hit and check her as hard as they can. She stays composed and continues to play her game. In her game against Oregon, Hamo ripped it from distance and went top shelf as the buzzer sounded to end the first half. Hamo has a bright future ahead.

Hamo has the ability to take over games by herself; she’s that dominant. This is an extremely tough and strong lacrosse player who can bully her way to the goal when dodging. She has a cannon of a shot and an impressive on-the-run shot. Hamo is extremely athletic and loves to take it herself to the goal. At the next level, Princeton can use her as an attacker or midfielder. As she continues to develop, working on her left hand and her vision as a feeder will make her more dangerous and versatile as a player. Hamo lives in Kansas but attends school at Santa Margarita Catholic in California.
