Holly Sullivan is a 5’10” midfielder from St. Andrew’s School (Fla.) but plays her club ball in N.Y. for LI Top Guns. Sullivan looked like she was in summer form already. Pure dominance. Extremely physical when playing 1v1 defense straight up. She orchestrates the offense with her hand movement, telling her teammates where to go. Sullivan gets downhill so easily and rips shots. Her cuts are timed perfectly, and her finishes are amazing.

Holly Sullivan lived up to the billing in my first live look at the Boca Raton prospect. At 5’10” with explosive athleticism, the two-way midfielder passes the eye test right away. She has the frame of a college lacrosse player. Sullivan can win the draw to herself and carry it downfield before taking charge of the settled offense, calling for picks and organizing her teammates. But she can also create on her own. On one play, she put her defender on skates before unloading a rifle of a shot from the right wing. On another possession, her lacrosse IQ and off-ball awareness were on full display as she sold a fake pick before cutting hard to the cage, leaving both defenders in the dust for an uncontested dunk. Few, if any, players were better offensively at Monday’s event. Sullivan was truly on another level.

is already proving she’s the real deal. A varsity starter as an eighth grader at Saint Andrew’s School and a First Team All-Region selection, her list of accolades continues to grow.
Standing at 5’9”, Sullivan uses her height to her advantage, paired with a quick first step and impressive speed. She’s a dominant presence on the draw and thrives in transition, especially between the 30s. Already a major contributor at such a young age, Sullivan has the potential to become one of the biggest names in South Florida lacrosse as she continues to develop.
