About Alexandra

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

My biggest strength is my speed and how I use it on both ends of the field. I love causing a turnover, getting a ground ball, and pushing the ball upfield. Whether I’m playing midfield or defense, I’m always looking for a way to help my team get the next opportunity.

What are you working to improve right now?

I’m working on getting stronger and making quicker decisions with the ball. Playing against strong competition challenges me and helps me see what I need to work on.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I’m looking for a school where I can challenge myself in the classroom and play competitive lacrosse. I want coaches who will help me improve and teammates who work hard and support each other. I’m still learning about different colleges, but feeling comfortable with the team and on campus is important to me.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

I take school very seriously, but I also like trying different things. I play basketball, take honors Chinese, have multiple roles in the Upper School play, and I also enjoy playing the piano. Balancing those activities is teaching me how to manage my time. I also love traveling and getting to experience new places.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I want to become a physician, so I’m interested in studying the sciences and eventually going to medical school. I’m not sure what type of doctor I want to be yet, but I’m excited to explore the different possibilities.
