Columbia commit Ainsley Shissler Ainsley Shissler 5'7" | Attack/Draw Specialist | Right Hand Central Bucks West | 2028 #70 Nation PA , ranked No. 70 by Prep Girls Lacrosse, attacks with purpose. She uses her speed to challenge defenders and get into open space, then turns to a tight inside roll when she needs to work out of pressure near the crease. Once she gets her hands free, the ball comes out quickly. Her release gives goalies little time to react, and she places her shots well across different areas of the cage. Shissler also adjusts her finish to the opportunity in front of her, showing creativity and an understanding of what the defense is giving her. No. 70-ranked Prep Girls Lacrosse player Ainsley Shissler Ainsley Shissler 5'7" | Attack/Draw Specialist | Right Hand Central Bucks West | 2028 #70 Nation PA is at her best when she can play aggressively and attack space with the ball in her stick. The attacker drives with confidence and has the speed to gain an advantage as she works to get free. She also shows how efficient her inside roll is when she needs to escape pressure near the cage.

Once Shissler creates an opening, she wastes very little time getting into her shot. Her quick release challenges goalies, and her accurate finish allows her to target different areas of the cage. She changes her shot technique based on what is available instead of relying on the same look each time, which is very high IQ. Her combination of creativity, polished stick work, and varied shot selection makes her a consistent offensive threat.

Ainsley Shissler’s stick work immediately stood out throughout the event. She was incredibly shifty with the ball in her stick, making defenders work hard to keep up with her movements. What impressed me most was her variety of shot selection and her ability to place shots exactly where they needed to be. Whether creating space for herself or getting a shot off quickly, Ainsley consistently found ways to generate quality offensive opportunities. Her quick release made it difficult for goalies to react, adding another layer to an already dangerous offensive game.

Shissler wants the ball in her stick. She is a quick dodger who gets downhill and down the alley. The NXT attacker can also pull out an inside roll that she showcased in one of her games. Shissler has a nice overhand shot in her bag.
