Craig is an active, physical defender who makes attackers work for their opportunities. Her footwork and positioning help her stay engaged in 1v1 situations, guide opponents away from favorable shooting lanes, and force attempts from difficult angles. She combines that individual defense with well-timed slides, recognizing when a teammate needs support and moving into position to help.

Her stick is consistently involved. Craig looks to disrupt passing lanes, challenge the ball, and collect interceptions when an opportunity develops. She is also relentless around ground balls, bringing the hustle and grit needed to turn a loose ball into a defensive stop. After gaining possession, she can help clear the ball safely and move her team upfield.
