Ruscitti is an attacker I am surprised to still see on the recruiting board. The 6'1" lefty brings a combination of size, physicality, and offensive awareness that gives her plenty of ways to impact a game. She can initiate a dodge, change direction, and attack again until she creates an opening. Her ability to weave through defenders makes her difficult to contain, especially when she gets momentum toward the cage.

What stands out just as much is her feeding. Ruscitti keeps her eyes up while drawing pressure and recognizes when a teammate has a better opportunity. If her initial drive closes down, she can move the ball out of the dodge and keep the offense working.

She is dangerous both as an outside shooter and a finisher near the crease. Ruscitti also brings value on the draw, where she can win the ball to herself and immediately put her team on offense. Her range of skills gives a college program plenty to work with.

Fisher brings a poised, creative approach to the offensive end. Her box lacrosse foundation shows in her ball handling and decisions around the goal. She stays comfortable when space gets tight and can find different ways to finish in front of the cage.

Defenders also have to respect her shot from distance. Fisher can use a pull dodge to create separation and release a hard, accurate shot when a lane opens. Her willingness to shoot makes defenders step toward her, creating opportunities for her to feed teammates. She has the vision to recognize those openings and deliver the ball into useful scoring positions. Fisher offers an offense a player who can create, distribute, and finish with composure.

Jones does some of her best work before the ball reaches her stick. She recognizes space, times her cuts, and puts herself in positions where a clean catch can quickly become a goal. Once she receives the ball near the crease, she is willing to fight through traffic and find a way to finish.

Her shifty movement and stick work make her an effective dodger, but she is especially interesting when working with a teammate. Jones understands how to set up a 2-man action, make contact with a pick, and roll into open space. She can contribute on either side of that exchange, keeping defenders occupied and opening opportunities for the offense.

Craig is an active, physical defender who makes attackers work for their opportunities. Her footwork and positioning help her stay engaged in 1v1 situations, guide opponents away from favorable shooting lanes, and force attempts from difficult angles. She combines that individual defense with well-timed slides, recognizing when a teammate needs support and moving into position to help.

Her stick is consistently involved. Craig looks to disrupt passing lanes, challenge the ball, and collect interceptions when an opportunity develops. She is also relentless around ground balls, bringing the hustle and grit needed to turn a loose ball into a defensive stop. After gaining possession, she can help clear the ball safely and move her team upfield.

Ducharme's strongest impact comes at the draw, where she does more than send the ball into the air and hope for a result. She can direct it toward teammates, giving her team a clear opportunity to secure possession. When the ball falls loose, she stays involved, competes for the ground ball, and works to complete the possession herself.

The lefty midfielder also contributes away from the center line. She hustles defensively, competes physically, and makes purposeful cuts toward the goal. Her ability to receive and finish gives her a role within the offense, while her effort helps her remain involved through changes of possession.
