Anna Gallagher was a consistent offensive performer throughout the Shake School Showcase. She uses her size and strength to overpower defenders, especially around “X,” where she finishes extremely well in tight spaces. Gallagher has a powerful shot, excellent stick control, and repeatedly found ways to score throughout the scrimmages. She drives hard through contact, using her shoulders to create separation and make defenders pay for overcommitting. Even when her initial dodge doesn’t produce a scoring chance, she keeps the play alive by finding open teammates, making her an unselfish and dependable offensive weapon who can impact the game in multiple ways.
