The Shake School Showcase is a premier, invite only event where athletes go compete with some of the top dodgers in the region while displaying their skills in front of college coaches. This impressive group of players all hails from Bishop Shanahan's talented Class of 2028, underscoring the depth of talent within the program. Each athlete has the ability to compete at the next level and is the kind of prospect college coaches will be contacting when September 1 arrives. Here are the Bishop Shanahan standouts who made an impact at the Shake School Showcase.    I've already written about [player_tooltip player_id='71809' first='Callie' last='Murray'] recently, but she's simply that good, as her name appears again. Every time she steps on the field, she finds another way to separate herself from the competition. Murray is an incredibly shifty attacker with elite speed who changes direction effortlessly and creates separation no matter who's defending her. She is equally dangerous with both hands, making it nearly impossible to predict where she's going next. If her first dodge doesn't work, she'll immediately reset, re-attack, and continue working until she finds the back of the net. Her sidearm release is lethal, and she remains a scoring threat from anywhere on the field. While she can create her own offense at will, she also has the vision to find open teammates when defenses collapse. College coaches should call Callie on 9/1.     [player_tooltip player_id='74850' first='Cora' last='McGlothlin'] was an absolute nightmare for defenders throughout the showcase. She uses her body exceptionally well, absorbs contact, and refuses to give up on a play until she scores. Her quickness, explosiveness, and elite change of direction allow her to create space with ease, while her stick work is so polished it's difficult to tell which hand she prefers... eventually I realized it is her left! McGlothlin cradles intelligently to avoid checks, making her one of the toughest players to disrupt. She welcomes contact, using it to create even more separation before exploding toward the cage. Every possession feels dangerous with the ball in her stick, and her relentless attacking mentality makes her a nonstop offensive weapon.     [player_tooltip player_id='71336' first='Haleigh' last='Lynn'] consistently made smart decisions with the ball while showing the ability to take over when given even the slightest amount of space. She protected her stick extremely well, escaped double teams with composure, and never forced low-percentage opportunities. Lynn has an outstanding shot with tremendous range, using deceptive fakes and a quick release to beat goalkeepers from distance. Her offensive success showed up time and time again with her tricky shot. She's patient, poised, and trustworthy with the ball, qualities every successful offense needs. Add in her ability on the draw and her high lacrosse IQ, and she proved herself to be one of the most complete players at the showcase.     [player_tooltip player_id='71064' first='Lila' last='Behnam']'s complete game was phenomenal. Although she played attack, her defensive instincts were so strong that she looked capable of playing midfield as well. Her lacrosse IQ stood out on both ends of the field, and she consistently kept her head up while making the right reads. Behnam is an outstanding catch-and-finish player who understands timing better than most, slipping into open space and capitalizing on scoring chances. Her ability to cut, finish, defend, and make smart decisions with the ball makes her one of the more well-rounded attackers in the Class of 2028.     [player_tooltip player_id='74851' first='Marley' last='Nicholas'] brought relentless energy every time she stepped onto the field. She has a powerful shot and consistently found the back of the net, whether finishing in tight or ripping the ball from the 8 meter. Nicholas attacks immediately once the ball hits her stick, exploding toward the cage after her initial dodge while staying calm under pressure. She absorbs contact exceptionally well, bouncing off defenders without losing control, and has the versatility to either shoot from range or attack on the run. Even late in the showcase, her motor never slowed down. She never seemed to need a break, making plays from start to finish while proving she can be an impact player in every situation.
