Class of 2028: National Watch List Prospects Eyeing Top-25 Status

It would be interesting to see if she could be an offensive midfielder running out of the box because she can get downhill easily. Faith can also be used in invert situations where she brings her low defender up top to dodge. She makes a good low attacker, but she could definitely play both midfield and attack at the next level. This adds versatility to her game and makes her more recruitable if college programs view her this way. The Maryland native has a great righty face dodge that allows her to get past her defenders. Her changes in speed and direction are great. She's creative down low with the ball and good at dodging and re-dodging her defender. On her dodges, she runs through contact. Faith turns the corner quickly and gets topside when she is driving towards the goal. She works well in the 2-man game and makes smart plays and the right plays. Off-ball, she does damage, and she's a high-IQ cutter. She is gritty and hunts down the ball coming in off the circle and on the draw. She is extremely explosive and turns the corner quickly and gets topside. The Colorado native has a lethal, quick first step. She operates mostly on the low wing on the goalkeeper's right side. Greaves can dodge from anywhere on the field if she finds a matchup she likes. The attacker can shoot it from the outside. A true stretch shooter. Her on-the-run shot is fast and does damage. Her feeding is great, and she gets off her passes extremely quickly. When she doesn't have the ball in her stick, she will work off-ball to get it back. She can defend 1v1 anywhere on the field and cause turnovers. Her positioning on defense is excellent. On offense, she can score and dish the ball. She has good feeds and good vision. Kaplan can take the draw or come in off the circle. When she drives, she can get past multiple defenders and get through contact. She can also shoot the ball with both hands. You could argue Kaplan is one of the best 2-way middies in the Class of 2028. College coaches are going to want to keep an eye out for McCool this summer because her game translates well for the college level. She is really hard to defend because she is fast and explosive and gets downhill so quickly. She has a nice dodge coming up from “X” and getting topside. McCool can dodge from anywhere on the field and have success. She drives through contact on dodges. The Massachusetts native is a strong hard righty dodger with a powerful shot. She can take the draw and has good vision. Overall, McCool has value for the college game; she needs to keep developing. She primarily dodges from back at “X” or low on the left wing. O'Brien is a crafty dodger and reads the defender. She turns the corner extremely quickly, coming up from “X.” The Rochester (N.Y.) native looks for layups and dunks. She does have a good shot if she wants to pull it out. She will try to use her strength when she dodges, or if she knows the defender is slow, she will explode by them. Long term, she has good upside. She needs a good coaching staff at the next level to unlock any other tools she may have. She can develop her feeding and her right hand. There are components to her game that can be elevated, and she will take a huge step in her development as a player.
