Long-term, Mollie Faith has good upside and will be developed into a good player at the college level. It would be interesting to see if she could be an offensive midfielder running out of the box because she can get downhill easily. Faith can also be used in invert situations where she brings her low defender up top to dodge. She makes a good low attacker, but she could definitely play both midfield and attack at the next level. This adds versatility to her game and makes her more recruitable if college programs view her this way. The Maryland native has a great righty face dodge that allows her to get past her defenders. Her changes in speed and direction are great. She’s creative down low with the ball and good at dodging and re-dodging her defender. On her dodges, she runs through contact. Faith turns the corner quickly and gets topside when she is driving towards the goal. She works well in the 2-man game and makes smart plays and the right plays. Off-ball, she does damage, and she’s a high-IQ cutter. She is gritty and hunts down the ball coming in off the circle and on the draw. She also has a nice shot with both hands and a powerful 8-meter shot.
