Lane continues to collect accolades with a game built on speed, awareness, and versatility. She creates separation with her quickness, recognizes space before it opens, and makes purposeful cuts that put her in position to finish. Her scoring toolkit includes a quick release and a dangerous sidearm shot, giving her multiple ways to beat a goalie. She protects her stick well and uses her speed effectively when attacking a defender in a 1v1 matchup. That impact carries over to the defensive end, where she competes in individual matchups and provides strong slides. Add in her contributions around the draw circle, and Lane is a well-rounded prospect who can influence a game in several ways.
