About Addison

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a very unselfish player who will always hit the pass if it’s open but when the lanes there I will take it. I’m aggressive on the draw circle and all aspects of the field.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Two things I live by is never giving up and playing with a purpose. I always help those around me when they need it, giving them a shoulder to lean on along with pushing myself and others to do challenging things even when it’s mentally tough.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in three different clubs, Morgan’s Message, One Love, and the Romero Service club. I was just recently inducted into the Archbishop Romero Service Honors Society along with the Quill and Scroll: National Journalism Honors Society.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a three season varsity athlete, I have developed discipline to make a year round competitive schedule without compromising my high academic standards. Being a sophomore on varsity teams has taught me adaptability and how to earn leadership through consistent effort.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the most significant challenges I faced was earning my place as a sophomore in three varsity rosters. Entering an environment dominated by older more experienced athletes meant I had to overcome the underclasses gap.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am for a competitive high level college which will push me to the best of my ability. I’m excited to hopefully have the opportunity to play in college in an environment that supports me along with make’s me a better person on and off the field.
