Jacksonville commit Mallie Selph Mallie Selph 5'6" | Midfield/Draw Specialist | Right Hand Newsome | 2028 FL brings the kind of hustle that keeps her involved in possession after possession. She works to get ahead of the ball in transition, giving teammates an option upfield and putting herself in position to keep the fast break moving. A draw specialist who uses her draw stick during field play as well, Selph pairs that specialized skill with impressive control and versatility.

Around the cage, she combines quick dodges with accurate shot placement and a dangerous sidearm release. She can finish under pressure, but she also recognizes when her drive has pulled multiple defenders and finds the teammate they have left open. Her ability to deliver a sidearm pass through pressure adds another dimension to her offensive game.

Selph brings that same effort to defense, where she plays physically, holds up in 1v1 matchups, and willingly gets her stick and body into shooting lanes. Whether she is pursuing a stop or sprinting to become the next passing option, her effort creates opportunities on both sides of the field.
