Expert Analysis
Taylor Fiorini | Prep Girls Lacrosse Scout
Charney has consistently stood out at competitive showcases and tournaments, and her ability to make plays in multiple areas explains why. She attacks with quick split dodges, weaving through defenders while protecting her stick and maintaining a strong path toward the cage. She can finish off a catch, let a shot fly from distance, or recognize when an open teammate has the better opportunity. Her poise with possession allows her to make smart decisions, including when helping move the ball through the clear. Charney pairs her offensive tools with the hustle to stay involved throughout a possession. She is an all-around competitor whose energy, vision, and determination to get to goal deserve college coaches’ attention.
