An explosive pure attacker, Nelson has great footwork and is a twitchy dodger who loves to fake high and finish low off the crease roll to her strong side. She has true blow-by speed coming above GLE. Any doubts about her size are quickly erased when watching her draw and absorb contact. If she cannot finish through the contact, she will likely earn a trip to the eight-meter arc for a free-position attempt. On top of it all, she is relentless on the ride, scrappy and unafraid of contact in open space. Nelson has a high ceiling and is a player who should not be uncommitted for long.
