Fay was one of the most complete midfielders in attendance, making an impact every time she stepped on the field. A dominant lefty who is equally comfortable with her right hand, she excelled on both ends of the field and never took a possession off. Defensively, her footwork, positioning, and relentless ride constantly forced turnovers and set her team up for success. On offense, she was just as dangerous, attacking with confidence, catching and finishing quickly even while fading away from pressure, and releasing shots before defenders had time to react. She was outstanding on the draw circle, consistently tracking balls out of the air before pushing transition with speed.

Fay can get to the rack whenever she wants. She is a very elite player who can pull the trigger and rip unbelievable shots from all different angles. Fay can play lockdown 1v1 defense and is a pure two-way midfielder. She comes in off the circle and reads the ball really well. Fay will be attending Maryland in the Fall.
