How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Recognized as a highly coachable, high-motor lacrosse player with speed, versatility, and a strong defensive presence. Excels in transition using quick footwork, vision, and stick skills to move the ball effectively up the field. Strong communicator with high lacrosse IQ, able to shut down cutters and disrupt offensive plays. Dedicated leader with a team first mindset. IL eval in highlight reel.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My personality in life is to treat people respectfully, be there for them, and to enjoy life each day. My mentality in life is to be true to my values while working hard towards my goals. I try to be dependable in all aspects of my life and fight for every inch to achieve my goals. I am really funny, loyal, and silly as well!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Selected to the Peer Leadership Program 2026 Raider of the month for SPF High School: (Write-Up Below by SPFHS) Karlie Kroeger is an exceptional young lady. She is an excellent student, but most importantly, she is a kind person always willing to help her peers both academically and socially. She says high to all her classmates and treats all peers equally. Her enthusiasm at SPFHS is contagious.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I continue to work on strengthening my leadership skills. From a teamwork perspective, I think it is important to get to know your teammates forming relationships. Relationships help you to understand them, not only what motivates them, but knowing when something might be wrong. Community Service: I volunteer in the youth program trying to serve as a positive influence for kids.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Unfortunately, people that are important to me have passed away. My little cousin was one of them which was really hard. It has taught me how to overcome adversity, and that you carry those people with you and represent them along your journey. It has also taught me to appreciate each day and to cherish each moment with the people I care about.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college to continue my academic and athletic journey. Athletically, the most important thing to me is connecting with a coach that believes in me as a person and player, while having the chance to become part of the team's family culture.
