An exceptional playmaker away from the ball, she generates scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates with her off-ball play. She sets hard, clean picks in the two-man game and does a nice job of exposing flat-footed defenders with hard backdoor cuts for easy looks at the cage. Dilts is a standout draw taker as well, physically strong in the circle and capable of dictating the direction and placement of the ball at will. One of the more underrated prospects in the class, Dilts is primed for a breakout year at The Hill School.

Through four games, the freshman midfielder has compiled 19 goals and 10 assists for Warwick, tied for fourth in scoring in the Lancaster-Lebanon League.

Dilts is comfortable driving both ways and is more than capable of quarterbacking the Warwick offense despite being only a freshman. She is patient with the ball and will reset rather than force an entry pass she is unsure of. Dilts understands how to control tempo from the midfield position, but is not afraid to hold onto the ball on the opponent’s half of the field to ensure her team generates the best possible scoring opportunity.

With an already impressive freshman season underway, Dilts is certainly a name to watch and should become a familiar presence within the Pennsylvania lacrosse scene in the years to come. She has the makings of a future Division I athlete and is likely to draw significant interest from programs across the country.
