Whipple is a shifty and explosive midfielder who plays with nonstop energy. Her quick feet, deceptive shot, and ability to use her body to protect her stick make her incredibly challenging to contain in space. She can initiate offense herself, slip through defenders and finish, but she also sees the field well enough to set up an open teammate. Whipple plays like an Energizer Bunny, constantly moving and forcing opponents to keep track of her wherever she goes. That same speed fuels a relentless ride, as she refuses to give up on a possession and will run directly through pressure to win the ball back.

Whipple can drive to the goal and get one on the board. She had a great step-down rip off the eight-meter against Prime Time. In the same game, she had a clean-up garbage goal that bounced off the goalie, and Whipple scooped it and scored.

Whipple’s confidence has increased a lot from her freshman year of high school to her sophomore year. She is a 2-way midfielder out of Rochester, N.Y. When Whipple wants to get to the goal, she is going to find a way.  She is a hard righty dodger. The Aces Elite product places the ball well on her shots. She is good off-ball on offense. She can get after it on defense. On the draw, she likes to win it for herself. When she comes in off the circle, she reads the ball well.
