Now Live: Subscriber Evaluations Are Free for Everyone to Read
More than 500 Prep Girls Lacrosse player write-ups are now free to read!
As of this week, when a Prep Girls Lacrosse subscriber is featured in one of our articles, their scouting evaluation is open to every reader. No paywall, no login. College programs, extended family, classmates — anyone can read it.
As a result, subscribed players now get 5x more exposure than before with visibility to a much larger audience. Simply put: A Prep Girls Lacrosse subscription now means more exposure.
How it works
Scouting evaluations inside our articles have always been subscriber-only. That's changed.
- If the athlete is a subscriber, their evaluation is unlocked for everyone who reads the article.
- Look for the badge. Unlocked evaluations carry a note that reads, "As a Prep Girls Lacrosse subscriber, this player gets 5x more exposure on their coverage."
- Other evaluations stay locked. For players who aren't subscribed, the write-up remains behind the paywall for non-subscribers. To change this, simply subscribe and claim your profile.
What doesn't change
Subscribing doesn't change who our scouts cover or what they write. It changes who gets to see it. Our scouting staff evaluates players the same way they always have, without a bias towards what they've paid for.
To be clear, nothing was taken away. We didn't remove visibility. We simply have opened more doorways for paid members.
What to do next
Already a subscriber? You're all set. Any evaluation written about you is now free for everyone to read. Find it on your player profile or in our latest articles and share it.
Not a subscriber yet? Find an article you're featured in and look for the prompt on your locked evaluation: "Is this you? Unlock your evaluation to everyone by subscribing." Subscribe, claim your profile, and your write-up opens up to every reader.
