Manheim Township has been one of Pennsylvania's most consistent programs this season, powered by a roster loaded with Division I talent and rising underclassmen already making names for themselves. Here are some of the players who have played a major role in their success and are worth keeping an eye on.    Parmer is a true two-way midfielder with the speed, IQ, and skill set to impact every part of the game. She is explosive in transition, strong on the draw, and has a complete understanding of when to cut, feed, defend, or take it herself. Despite being 5'6”, she plays much bigger on the draw circle and has the ability to reach up and secure tough possessions. Her ground ball effort is elite, and once she comes up with possession, she can turn defense into offense in seconds. With strong 1v1 defense, sharp stick skills with both hands, and impressive placement around the cage, Parmer is one of Manheim Township's most complete players.     Kauffman is a fast, aggressive midfielder who brings constant energy on both sides of the ball. With over 200 career goals, she has proven she can produce offensively, but her game goes far beyond scoring. She is dangerous in transition, explosive off the dodge, and difficult to defend because of her quick feet and relentless movement. Kauffman is also strong on the draw and brings defensive pressure with the same intensity she shows going to the cage. If her first look is not there, she has the creativity and confidence to adjust, re-dodge, and still find a way to finish... even if that means a twizzler shot.     Bergstrom is a defensive force whose relentless hustle and physicality separate her from the rest. She makes offensive players uncomfortable with her pressure, positioning, strength, and ability to play aggressively while staying disciplined. As a defender, she is a matchup nightmare, constantly forcing turnovers and disrupting rhythm. She is also a standout draw specialist and can step into the midfield when needed, giving Manheim Township even more versatility and offensive threats. Bergstrom's ability to impact possessions all over the field makes her a top Division 1 recruit.     Cavallaro may only be a freshman, but she already plays with confidence beyond her years. She is quick, shifty, and dangerous around the crease, using her footwork and IQ to create opportunities against older competition. Her effort on the ride is especially impressive, and she does a great job pressuring the goalie and making things difficult for opposing clears. Though undersized, she plays much bigger than her frame and uses her speed and skills to her advantage. Cavallaro can operate with both hands, finish in tight spaces, and is already making a name for herself as an underclassman with a very bright future.     Rice is an unselfish attacker who understands how to move without the ball and make the right play at the right time. She has a strong handle, knows when to cut, and is capable of finishing when given the opportunity. Her high shooting percentage shows how efficient she is around the cage, and with over 100 career points as just a sophomore, she is already building an impressive resume. Rice's composure, vision, and ability to capitalize on chances make her a sophomore worth scouting.
